2022-2023 Annual Fund

How your donation to the Annual Fund serves the DCS community

DCS Parent Testamonial

Hear the mother of one of our students explain the impact DCS has had on her child and family.

Listen to one parent's DCS experience and the impact our school has had on her child and family.

Dunwoody Christian School is building God’s kingdom, one student at a time. We need your help to make the 2022-2023 Annual Fund our best year yet.

Our school is a remarkable place where students receive a top-notch education that is encapsulated by the love of Jesus Christ every day. Our classroom quality is further fueled by our high standards for excellence and our commitment to educate all of our students in a safe and secure environment. Our recent move to Dunwoody Baptist Church's campus has given us a greater opportunity to fulfill our mission

DCS has a unique ability to impact this rising generation of young leaders. This impact is not without significant costs and commitments. DCS relies on tuition for the necessary revenue to pay for approximately 80% of our ongoing operating expenses, such as teacher salaries, textbooks, and the like. However, even with our tuition payments being faithfully made by the families of our students, DCS still relies on fundraising to help close the gap between our actual expenses and the income needed to operate. DCS is in the process of setting a fundraising goal for the 2022-2023 school year with several things in mind:

We are blessed to have generous donors, including parents, grandparents, friends in the community, faculty, staff, and school board members. Your gift to the Annual Fund will impact DCS students and teachers in these ways:

  • Fund 3D printers and other STEM equipment for the lab
  • Enable security upgrades & enhancements for safety
  • Host special school events for such as Veterans Day celebration and graduation ceremonies
  • Offer a variety of quality after-school programs and clubs
  • Send teachers to professional development conferences

We need your help. Would you please consider giving generously to the 2022-2023 DCS Annual Fund. Truly, no gift is too small, nor is any gift too large. Dunwoody Christian School is a 501(c)(3) United States tax exempt organization. Your contribution is tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.

Thank you for your generous support to help the students of Dunwoody Christian School. Your contribution matters to us.

Thank you for making the 2021-2022 Annual Fund a success!

As DCS’s fiscal year comes to a close, I would like to express our sincere gratitude to you, our dedicated donors, sponsors, partners, supportive businesses, and families! Your faithful investment of financial gifts, time, and prayers in Dunwoody Christian School continues to allow us to be faithful in our school’s mission: “to partner with parents to develop children who are grounded in Christ-like character, possess exceptional knowledge, and are prepared to embrace life’s opportunities and challenges.”

As has been the case for the last four years, DCS has been able to achieve many “firsts” because of your faithful support of our school. Thank you for believing in, and sharing in, our mission.
Thanks to your gift and the gifts of all DCS donors, in the fiscal year ending June 30, 2022, we:

  • RAISED in excess of $188,000 through our annual fund. Your gift accounted for nearly 20% of DCS’s total 2021-2022 annual budget.
  • EDUCATED 65 children through top-notch instruction and a Christ-centered curriculum.
EXPANDED our wonderful school so that we will offer an entire middle school program for the 2022-2023 school year.
  • UPDATED our academic program by improving our Math, English Language Arts, and Science curricula for the upcoming 2022-2023 school year. This, in turn, will continue to drive academic excellence for our students.
  • ACCREDITED with Quality by the Georgia Accrediting Commission (GAC).
  • And much, much more!

While God has blessed DCS with many successes this past year, you certainly have been an integral part of our success. So, as we close the books on this fiscal year and usher in a new one, we hope you join us in celebrating our students, families, faculty, and staff.

As you probably know, tuition covers approximately 80% of the DCS annual budget. The remaining 20% comes from our amazingly generous and supportive community of supporters. We invite you, our steadfast donors and families, to prayerfully consider how you will support DCS this upcoming school year. We continue to depend on the generosity of DCS families, grandparents, community partners, and friends of DCS to cover the gap in our budget.

I would love to meet you over coffee sometime soon to talk more about the needs of DCS and how you can fulfill your calling to be a part of God’s work through our school. Please call or text me at (404) 536-0283 or email

Thank you does not seem sufficient, but we feel incredibly blessed to be the stewards of your generosity and support. Thank you.
